Blackened Salmon With Shrimp Cream Sauce With Garlic Mash Potatoes And Bacon Wrapped Asparagus Recipe

Garlic Mashed Potatoes
1 5lb bag of potatoes
salt to taste
3-4 tbsp butter
1 pint heavy cream add 1/4 -1/2 cup to mashed potatoes (Reserve the remaining heavy cream for the creamy shrimp sauce.)
4 tbsp sour cream
5 garlic cloves roast or toasted garlic
cheese of choice cheddar/gouda
black pepper to taste
Add salt to boiling water. Add a small drizzle of oil to a small pan. Add the garlic cloves and toast on all sides. Remove and mash. Add the cubed potatoes and cook until fork tender. Add all 7 listed ingredients and combine.

Blackened Salmon - Season to taste

Cedar Plank Salmon Seasoning or Tammy's Cedarwood Smoked Seafood Seasoning
Add a drizzle of oil to a skillet. Add a small amount of oil to both sides of the salmon. Season the salmon with the above-listed seasonings. Cook the salmon on all sides on medium heat, Adjust the flame as necessary. Remove from the skillet and set aside. Reserve the pan for the shrimp.

Shrimp
1 lb shrimp
oil
2 tbsp butter divide in 1/2 1tbsp to sear shrimp + 1 tbsp for cream sauce
1 tbsp cajun seasoning
1 tbsp creole seasoning
1 tsp Tammy's cedarwood smoked seafood seasoning or cedar plank salmon seasoning
1 tsp Old Bay seasoning
1 tsp garlic powder
Season the shrimp and cook thoroughly. Remove from the pan and set aside.

Shrimp Cream Sauce
Using the same skillet add butter 1 tbsp butter. Add finely 1 tbsp chopped garlic, and combine. Add 1/4 cup white wine and stir. Add the remaining heavy cream or desired preference of cream. Add 3/4 - 1 cup grated parmesan cheese, while the milk is at room temperature and combine. Season to taste: Add Cedar Plank or Cedarwood Seafood Seasoning, Cajun Seasoning, Old Bay, paprika, and combine. Allow the sauce to thicken, and come to a slow simmer. Before re-adding the shrimp back to the skillet.
Allow the shrimp to cook in the sauce for about 1 minute. Garnish with fresh parsley.

Bacon Wrapped Asparagus

asparagus
low sodium bacon
Add oil, salt, and black pepper to asparagus and wrap with bacon.
Bake at 350F for 25-30 minutes
