The SWTOR servers are moving to the cloud! ☁️ This is really exciting news for the future of the game and potentially less lag for all players!

The SWTOR developers will be starting with the Leviathan server (6 hours downtime 7 AM CT) and moving it over to the cloud on Aug 15. Other servers will be ‘bounced’ - go offline then online.

It sounds like if that works out well, they’ll then work on the next batch of servers.
