Swiss chard has large green leaves that are either crinkly or smooth, depending on the variety, and thick, edible stalks with a red, white, or yellow tint. Combined with feta cheese and slow-roasted, caramelized tomatoes, it makes a delectable filling for a frittata that's ideal for weekend brunch.
