In this video I replace the accessory belt and the accessory drive belt tensioner on my 2010 Flex.
I was not sure which would be bad, so I replaced both.
The tensioner is original and has over 200k miles on it.
The belt was replaced when Ford replaced my engine in 2015, it has over 120k on it.

What is listed here is current as of my video recording. As time moves forward Ford may update part numbers.

Part numbers –
The belt- GB5Z-8620-A
The tensioner- BT4Z-6B209-B
And if you care and some how can get a torque wrench down in there- the torque spec for the tensioner bolts is 97 lb-in or 11 Nm
