Spicy Tuna Salad - Recipe

Ingredients:
- 400 grams of pasta
- olive oil
- 70 grams of carrots
- 100 grams of onion
- 70 grams of pickles
- 100 grams of paprika
- 80 grams of celery (stalks)
- 100 grams of mayonnaise
- juice of half a lemon (or more if desired)
- half a teaspoon of pepper
- 8 to 10 drops of Tabasco (or more if desired) or half teaspoon of chili flakes
- 150 grams of Greek yogurt
- 200 grams of drained tuna
- salt as desired
