MINCA This Little COLOMBIAN town has it all - JUNGLE, COFFEE & FOOD!

In this video we head over to the rustic little mountain town of Minca in the Northern coast of Colombia.

This little place is a nature lovers paradise and from the moment we arrived for the afternoon we quickly realized we were right in the jungle as we shared our lunch with a hungry Iguana in the trees above us!

After lunch we decided with very little time left to see the sights the best option was to hire a scooter for the afternoon and it was the best choice as this little place has a lot to offer and although it is possible to walk around it does take longer.

We headed straight out of town and along a pretty crazy mud track over to the very famous coffee plantation La Victoria which has been making coffee here since the 1980s and is still run by the same family three generations later. The coffee is genuinely great! We had a nice cup of coffee and chatted to the staff to learn a little more and found out there is also a brewery right across from the coffee plantation too.

We didn’t have much time to hang about after our coffee though as we had to jump back on the bike to make it to our final place of the day a beautiful waterfall and swimming spot just in time to cool off before sunset!
