With bonus Guacamole recipe! These pork fajitas are packed full of flavor and you won't believe how simple they are to make! You can make this with pork, beef or chicken. Serve them with or without tortillas.

Pork Fajitas

1 lb Pork Steak - Cut in strips pork (or chicken or beef)

Season blend:
1 Tbsp Salt
1 Tbsp Chili Powder
1/2 Tbsp Onion Powder
1/2 Tbsp Garlic Powder
1/2 Tbsp Ground Cumin
1/2 Tbsp powder vinegar powder (optional)
Keep about a Tbsp of seasoning aside to season

Sauce:
Blend
1 Tbsp Olive Oil
1 Tbsp Soy Sauce

Season meat
Add enough olive oil to make a runny paste
Set aside for about 30 minutes at room temp

Slice one large onion
Slice one Pepper (any color or blend of colors)
Slice 2 cloves of garlic

In a saucepan heat some olive oil to high. Add meat and let cook getting a good sear on the meat. Cook for about 4-5 minutes. Remove from pan and set aside.

Add the to the pan and cook onions till about halfway. Add peppers and cook until about halfway. Add garlic and cook until done. About 10 minutes total for all vegetables.

Replace the meat to the pan and add about half of the sauce. Add more sauce if you think it needs more.

Remove from heat and use a tortilla or eat plain, adding any toppings you desire.

Guacamole:

1 large ripe avocado
4 cherry tomatoes diced small
1-2 Tbsp red onion diced small
1 lemon juiced.
Salt and pepper
