This obviously makes sense as billionaires have so much excess cash, that $300 or $500 million doesn't make a huge dent in a bank balance of $13.8 billion in Roman Abramovich's case.

The Chelsea Football Club Owner's new yacht, dubbed "Solaris" is world class and has all the gadgets to prove it.
