The #Paris #Manuscript (short for codex Parisino-petropolitanus) is one of the oldest manuscripts of the #Quran. It contains 45% of the text of the Quran we have now. Dr. Shabir Ally and Dr. Safiyyah Ally examine the text together. They discuss its age. Dr. Shabir also describes in detail some of the variations in the manuscript, including orthographic and copyist errors. He concludes that this Paris manuscript is further conformation of the Quran’s authenticity.
