So Kevin Harvick has said that his hall of fame NASCAR career will come to an end following the 2023 season, at least when it comes to full-time competition. Several names have been thrown out as possible replacements however, the best option may be the one that no one seems to be mentioning. That driver is Josh Berry. I'll explain why I believe the CARS Tour legend is the best option to drive the 4 car in 2024, even if it is a longshot!
