Volker Türk, UN High Commissioner for Human Rights, spoke about harnessing multilateral efforts to embed, amplify and realize the rights of persons with disabilities with a focus on full and effective participation and inclusion in society at the 55th session of the UN Human Rights Council.

He was speaking on 26 February 2024 at the Human Rights Council's annual high-level panel discussion on human rights mainstreaming.
