Tumaini and Ester are two women farmers in Lendoiya village bordering the Arusha National Park. On several occasions elephants have invaded their maize and banana fields leaving them devastated.

Recently Nikela sponsored 18 beehives to keep the elephants away. Prior to that we celebrated 100 beehives installed to protect Lendoiya village farms.
