We ride some Royal Enfields on a Demo Ride. Andy, Lyle and yours truly sample the Hunter 350, Continental GT, Inter650 and the Meteor. We were left impressed. On a sadder note, a local motorcyclist was killed last week by a left-turner, as was the actor Treat Williams in Vermont. Neither driver claimed they saw the motorcyclists. 53% of all motorcycle collistions are with vehicles turning left in front of the rider. 42% of all motorcycle fatalities are in left-turn accidents. I share a few of my strategies for managing left turners ahead of me.
