Ekurhuleni mayor Sivuyile Ngodwana has been ousted in a motion of no confidence this afternoon. Both the ANC and DA abstained from the vote. Gauteng ANC chairperson Panyaza Lesufi says they abstained as they were not consulted or lobbied.
