Today, Motsi shares her remarkable and inspiring story. Before she was scoring 10’s across the board for being absolutely fabulous on Strictly, Motsi had a professional career, which saw her being crowned Latin dance champion, AND is a judge on the German version of the show, where she still lives.

But her road to the glitter ball world wasn’t a waltz, and Motsi takes us back to growing up in apartheid-era South Africa, leaving for Germany to follow her dreams with only 50 euros to her name and talks about the discrimination she faced and still faces.
