📋 INGREDIENTS:
Dough:
4 eggs
250 g powdered sugar (2 cups)
125 ml vegetable oil (1/2 cup)
250 g yogurt (1 cup)
150 g all-purpose flour (1 1/4 cups)
200 g poppy seeds (2 cups)

Filling:
100 g butter (7 tablespoons)
150 g powdered sugar (1 1/3 cups)
500 g quark (2 cups)
4 egg yolks
40 g vanilla pudding powder or cornstarch (1/3 cup)
4 egg whites
pinch of salt

Bake with convection: 160°C (320°F) 30 minutes
Baking pan diameter: 29 cm x 33 cm (about 11.5 inches x 13 inches)
