After WW1 caused a rapid development of aircraft technology in the 1910s, the could truly be reaped in the 1920s. Using the still relatively new mode of transport, countries became better connected through faster journey times and airmail. This incredible new technology would be a driving force behind rapid modernization throughout the world in the years to come.
