Our entry into the 2016 Young Cannes Lions UK competition. Our brief was to a create a 60 second online commercial to raise awareness for the refugee crisis on behalf of the British Red Cross. We finished Runner up, beating some big agencies. it was a great achievement but heartbreaking all the same to come so close and not win.
We had 48 hours to write, film and edit, and we had to shoot entirely on a smartphone.
