When I play the crystal singing bowls, I feel as though all the negativity and
all the weight of past traumas begins to melt away.
Those moments I didn't speak up, or those words I wish I'd never said...
I picture them lifting from my shoulders, drifting into the ether. Decades of calcified guilt and regret slowly breaking away.

These bowls, these vibrations, contain some unquestionably healing element. Enveloping me. Soothing me. Freeing me.
