We found Cardi, Chai, Cinnamon and Nutmeg on the streets of Brooklyn - right in the middle of kitten season, when female cats go into heat and thousands of kittens are born and suffer outside. Rescuers and trap, neuter, return volunteers have to make difficult decisions based on limited resources.
