Winter is in the air and we just had to get one last camping trip in the mountains while we could. This weekend we headed to a great 4x4 campground in the Sierra Nevada and there was only one other group around. The trail to get to the campground definitely requires a high-clearance 4x4. While we were there, we made some biscuits in the Dutch oven, checked out the surrounding area, and enjoyed some beautiful campfires by the lake. On the way out, we decided to take an unknown trail that turned out to be a little more technical than we had expected, but we made it out and had a lot of fun along the way.
