I rely on my lived experiences of psychosis and SZ to make videos which raise mental health awareness, relieve those suffering in silence, and encourage resilience.

Psychosis is the general term for “drastic disconnect from shared, relevant realities”. Also known as being “insane” and “crazy” but those words are loaded and can be hurtful in many contexts.

The lived reality of people with mental health experiences demand recognition and uplift.
