In this video I go over how to backup every piece of customization you can perform in Premiere so that you never have to manually setup your machines again.

File paths mentioned in the video:
MOGRT file paths:

Mac: ~/Library/Application Support/Adobe/Common/Motion Graphics Templates

Windows: root://Users/username/AppData/Roaming/Adobe/Common/Motion Graphics Templates/

File path for where most settings are stored:

Mac: Users/YOUR USERNAME/Documents/Adobe/Premiere Pro/YOUR PREMIERE PRO VERSION NUMBER/Profile-YOUR USERNAME/

Windows: Users\YOUR USERNAME\Documents\Adobe\Premiere Pro\YOUR PR VERSION\Profile-YOUR USERNAME
