Ingredients:
1½ cups eggnog
5 pcs eggs large
¼ tsp ground nutmeg
½ tsp rum
12 thick slices of sandwich loaf or Texas toast, sliced in half to form triangles
1½ cups unsalted butter, melted

To serve:
Ice cream of your choice
Whipped cream
Maple or pancake syrup of your choice

⬇️ How to make Eggnog French Toast ⬇️
0:26 Preheat an electric griddle to medium and grease with melted butter.
0:32 In a mixing bowl whisk together the eggnog, eggs, nutmeg, and rum until evenly incorporated.
0:52 Pour mixture into a baking dish and dip the bread 2 slices at a time into the mixture. Rotate and coat the opposite side.
1:02 Transfer to the buttered griddle and cook until the bottom is golden brown.
1:08 Brush the top with melted butter, then flip and cook the opposite side until golden. Repeat until all toasts have been done this way.
1:28 Serve warm with roughly ¼ cup each of maple or pancake syrup and ice cream of your choice. Enjoy!
