Over a period of 20 years, Right to Dream has built a regional network of over 1300 grassroots clubs in West Africa, which served as their scouting takes platform every year. Through the eyes of scouts Jeremy Seethal and Derek Boateng, we’ll take you through Right to Dream’s deep scouting process and give you an insider's view on how they identify strong characters with exceptional academic and footballing ability in such an exciting scouting environment where talent is everywhere. This is a story about dreams and the passion of Right to Dream scouts to nurture future leaders in football who will eventually offer next generations of Africans a chance to excel on the world stage.
