Superhero movies! As everyone is more than well aware of all the Marvel/MCU and DC content, I thought I'd go for anything not to do with them. As I don't think I need to define what the superhero genre is. The rules for this list are going to be pretty straight forward. As long as the film has people either trying to be heroes, have superhero-like abilities or use equipment like batman. In other words, nearly anything goes except for the apparent no Marvel no DC. But if you want to see a video with MCU content, like underrated older movies etc. let me know in the comment section below.

Check my channel out for monthly Netflix movies, video essays, genre suggestions, science fiction, science fantasy content. I guess you could call this a Top 10 list or Top 8. With all the top upcoming superhero movies coming out, with new trailers etc, I thought I’d list all the good Superhero Movies that are all watchable now in 2020 that are not related to DC or Marvel MCU. While I can’t say that these superhero movies are not based on comic books I know some - such as Darkman are 100% authentic one-off ideas.
