We've had this condo for 6 years now. It's been an interesting time owning it, but overall we love having the condo and, of course, we love Zihua. Residencias KauKan was built between 2017 and 2018 with 13 total units. Our unit is the closest one to the beach. We also have a private parking spot and a small storage unit. See y'all in Zihua!
