Photography has the power to capture a moment, telling a story beyond just the words you hear on the radio or read online. What is it like to be on the front lines of a story, camera in hand?
In this conversation, WBUR award-winning photographers Jesse Costa and Robin Lubbock share their most memorable images and the stories that go with them including tales from more than 740 feet in the air atop the One Dalton construction site in Back Bay, deep into slimy muck of a muddy salt marsh or amid thousands of protesters in the streets of Boston, among many other breathtaking moments where very little stands between the lens and the biggest stories of our region.
All Things Considered host Lisa Mullins moderated the evening featuring special appearances from WBUR reporters Simón Rios, Barbara Moran and Andrea Shea.
