Tarangita got over her traumas through Indian guru Osho. Her unconventional way of meditating does bring some misunderstanding, but it helps her to vent frustrations to find peace.

Tarangita had a traumatic childhood due to sexual abuse. In 1984 she found refuge with the Bhagwan movement in Oregon, America. The movement is often seen as a cult, but Tarangita did not experience it that way. Under the guidance of Osho, she found liberation and love there and got over her traumas. One of the techniques is to shake all the tension out of your body by breathing and screaming. Afterwards, Tarangita feels relieved and much 'softer'.
