This pear brandy turned out delicious. My buddy Quentin had a limb fall out of his pear tree, and we didn't want the pears to go to waste so we fermented, and distilled them, and made some delicious mountain brandy out of them. The pear flavor came through very well, and the smell of pears is so amazing as soon as you pop open a mason jar.
