Session on Digitalization of Utilities, Digitalization Roadmap, Digital Twins at India Smart Utility Week 2024, focused on the integration of digital technologies like smart metering, automation systems, and IoT devices to enhance efficiency, reliability, and customer service, at the Hotel Lalit, New Delhi.

The Session focused on the impact of digitalization on asset management, customer engagement, strategic decision making, data privacy, decentralization & distributed energy resources among other critically important themes. Further, the session touched on how digitalization can lead to policy & regulatory changes, cyber vulnerabilities, and enhanced investments in the electricity sector.
