An original Buchla has a physical and technical separation between CV (banana) and audio (tini-jacks). It was never considered a limitation. However, when Tiptop became a Buchla Associate, the original 200 series modules were ported to Eurorack which uses one cable for both CV and audio. Everything is Voltage. So on Buchla/TTA's 200 series, you can make sounds which are impossible to make on the originals simply because of the Eurorack standard. In this video I'll explore a few cool 'hacks'. This video also marks the arrival of the Buchla 218e keyboard which now has eurorack connections.
