When many think of diplomacy, they picture high-level negotiations between two governments. But Ambassador John Feeley, a former Senior Foreign Service Officer and now Executive Director of the Center for Media Integrity of the Americas at the Wilson Center, explains that helping American businesses overseas is also a key role of the U.S. Foreign Service.
