This high rise building just outside the New Orleans French Quarter partly collapsed today. It was under construction to become a hotel and is causing major traffic issues because it is unstable and subject to complete collapse.

Update:
I filmed this more for myself than anything else and kept it marked as private on YouTube; however, the building has been torn down and the trauma of this event has become a distant memory. Thus, I didn't see the harm in putting it out there for historical purposes.
