š In todays comparison we take a look at the GMC Yukon Denali and the Lincoln Navigator Reserve! Both of these are very luxurious SUV's in the size segment and each offer something slightly different! So which one should you pick and why!?!?
Starting off with the GMC Yukon Denali, this spec is roughly $85K with all the features from the large infotainment system which offers Google maps and all that entails to the heads up display, heated rear seats, the large wheels, air ride suspension and the big 6.2L V8 engine! This is truly a luxury SUV that rides and drives great for the size and weight! The exterior has a lot of chrome and works well with the redwood exterior color! Obviously you can spec both vehicles in the color of your choice! The interior materials are very premium feeling with the leather, wood trim and more chrome! Everything has a nice feel and the layout is very easy to go through! The second and third row are spacious enough for full size adults and with the captains chairs in the second row, definitely gives you more space to relax and with the large screens in the headrests, you can watch your favorite shows while going down the road! The space behind the third row when they are up is adequate and it's very convenient to have the rear glass open as well as the hands free option which is nice!
The Lincoln Navigator Reserve had an MSRP right around $90K, so very similar and both of these brands do have lower trims levels so the base MSRP will be much lower. But spec for spec, the Lincoln had some nice features as well! The infotainment screen wasn't as large, but still offered the 360 camera system and a digital gauge cluster! Not as much information to go through but it had the basics. The exterior has a nice look with the black and chrome, even the running boards were body colored which was a nice touch! The rear glass opens as well, but doesn't have the hands free option. This Navigator was an 8 seater, vs 7 in the Yukon, so that could be more convenient if you need that extra seat. This Lincoln Navigator had the heads up display, larger wheels, a smooth suspension and a more power and smaller engine! Towing is very healthy for this engine as well, so you could load up this model and towing whatever you need! It drives very nice, comfortable and quiet as you would expect from a Lincoln. The second row is heated and spacious even with the three seats, and the third row is just as comfortable for full size adults.
Overall it comes down to which brand you like better and what features you can or can't live without. The GMC Yukon Denali definitely has more tech and options vs the Lincoln, but the Lincoln has a smaller more fuel efficient engine (not by much) and some nicer materials. The GMC Yukon Denali and the Lincoln Navigator Reserve are large SUV's with tons of space and luxury features!
