I really wanted to buy a tiny manufactured home for my daughter to live in while she was in college. As I investigated further I found out some BIG reasons why I wasn't going to be able to buy it, which really disappointed me, these tiny homes are perfect dwelling for so many people and why many areas around the country are banning them makes literally no sense. Even if you chose to build a tiny home yourself in Lousiana they will put restrictions on them that won't allow you to make them a permanent dwelling.
