RECIPE #1 00:00 Creamy pasta with broccoli
Water.
Salt.
3 garlic.
Olive oil.
Paste.
Cook according to instructions.
1 onion.
Sauté onions over medium heat.
6 peppers.
1 broccoli.
Mix well.
Mushrooms 100g / 3.52oz.
Salt. Black pepper.
Italian herbs.
Cream 1 cup / 200 ml.
Water 1/2 cup / 100 ml.
Let cook for 5 minutes.
Parmesan cheese.

RECIPE #2 04:23 Broccoli with rice
1 broccoli. Fill with hot water.
Salt 1 tablespoon.
Leave on for 10 minutes.
1 onion. Olive oil.
Sauté the onion over medium heat.
Rice 1 cup / 200 gr.
Rinse the rice well with water.
Salt. Black pepper.
Mix well.
Water 3 cups / 600 ml.
Cover and cook over medium heat for 15-20 minutes.
Drain water from broccoli.
3 eggs. Salt. Black pepper. attention.
Cream 1 cup / 200 ml.
Sour cream/Greek yogurt 3 tablespoons
Mustard 1 tablespoon.
Cheese 1 cup / 120 gr.
Add cheese and mix well.
2 eggs. Add rice. attention.
Grease a baking dish with olive oil.
Lay out a layer of rice.
Place a layer of broccoli on top.
Fill everything with egg mixture.
Distribute cheese evenly.
Bake in the oven at 180°C (350°F) for 35 minutes.

RECIPE #3 10:08 Broccoli with potatoes and mushrooms
4 potatoes. Salt.
Cook potatoes until half cooked.
Broccoli.
1 onion.
Salt 1/2 tablespoon.
Cook broccoli for 3-4 minutes.
Place the broccoli in a baking dish.
Olive oil.
Fry the onion over medium heat until golden brown.
Mushrooms 1.5 cups / 200 - 250 gr.
