We took a trip to Port Rexton on the Bonavista Peninsula and spent a night at the Fishers' Loft Inn. The peninsula is absolutely spectacular and there is so much to explore, but if/when you go there I highly recommend taking at least 1 full day to just sit down and take in the town of Port Rexton. A clear, calm night in August, just sitting down and looking out over the town from outside my room at the Inn did wonders for my mind. Beautiful and peaceful.

Next time we go I'll be sure to hike the Skerwink Trail, but this trip was a much needed re-charger.
