Wilson's 17-year-old dog Hector seems to be rubbing House up the wrong way. Unfortunately this means no belly rubs for Hector - rather a lot of scolding for chewing everything in the house, that including House's cane. Even though Wilson thinks House is being dramatic and just has pure hatred for his dog, he proceeds to buy House another cane. When Wilson and House return to the hospital, it looks like karma, I mean Hector, has took a bite inside his stethoscope... exasperation overload.
