* Leave "Japchae" for 1-2 hours at room temperature before you cook!
* Add your favorite vegetables such as onion, bell pepper,...I used carrots, shiitake mushrooms, and spinach.
* Stir-fry each veggie for about 1-2 mins.
* Add 1/2 Tbs - soy sauce
