Today, we are going on to discover a great bakery located in 'Prignac et Marcamps', a small village in the southwest of France.

We will check out the pastry chef's work with is focused on famous French pastries, cakes & tarts. He works alone non-stop from 4am until the closing time at 8pm.
He makes a wide range of delicious 'pâtisseries'. Everyday, he makes more than 20 types of French cakes & tarts, all made from scratch by hand, ranging from the emblematic 'éclair', raspberry & strawberry tart, 'tarte citron meringuée' to 'mille-feuille' and 'baba au rhum'.

In this video, we will see how these 'patisseries' are made. The amount of work that it takes to make all these different types of desserts is unbelievable as many different creams & puff pastries & biscuits are used.
French bakeries should be celebrated for their hard work and how delicious the desserts are for such an affordable price!
