Brandon O'Connor set up the Dublin Homeless Awarenes (DHA) when he was just 16 years old.

Now 21, the DHA is a volunteer response team that carry out welfare checks on rough sleepers at night.

This could mean checking in on their mental wellbeing, helping them get into emergency accommodation, or in many cases - protecting them from being attacked.
