This Innova 6100P might look dated, but it has all the features you can expect to find in a basic OBDII scanner, plus a few more. I like this scanner since it's simple without any frills - once you connect it to your OBD2 port, you'll be able to read codes in seconds!

Clearing check engine lights was easy, and this also offers datastream capability. Although it is not packed with features and does not have bi-directional functionality, this 6100P has enough to help DIY car enthusiasts troubleshoot CELs and even reset ABS and SRS systems.

If you're in the market for an OBD2 scanner with more features than a pocket scanner that is easy on the wallet at the same time, this might be the scanner for you!
