DHL Express ผู้นำระดับโลกด้านการขนส่งด่วนระหว่างประเทศเดินหน้าตอกย้ำความมุ่งมั่นในการอนุรักษ์สิ่งแวดล้อม และลดปริมาณการปล่อยก๊าซคาร์บอนไดออกไซด์ ด้วยการร่วมมือกับ #กรมป่าไม้ ชวนพนักงานปลูกต้นไม้ฟื้นฟูสภาพป่าด้วยกล้าไม้พันธุ์ดี 5,380 ต้น ครอบคลุมพื้นที่ 41,600 ตร.ม. ในเขตป่าสงวนแห่งชาติป่าดงพญาเย็น จังหวัดนครราชสีมา ภายใต้โอกาส #GlobalVolunteerDay เมื่อวันที่ 21 สิงหาคม 2565 ที่ผ่านมา

สอดคล้องกับเป้าหมายของกลุ่มบริษัทดอยช์ โพสต์ ดีเอชแอล กรุ๊ป (DPDHL) ที่ต้องการปลูกต้นไม้จำนวน 1 ล้านต้นทุกปีจนถึงปี 2568 โดยนับตั้งแต่เริ่มโครงการ DPDHL ได้ปลูกต้นไม้ไปแล้วกว่า 5 ล้านต้นทั่วโลกภายในปี 2564

ส่วนในประเทศไทย พนักงาน DHL ได้ปลูกต้นไม้ไปแล้วมากกว่า 13,880 ต้น เทียบเท่ากับการลดปริมาณก๊าซคาร์บอนไดออกไซด์ 167 ตันต่อปี สะท้อนถึงความมุ่งมั่นของบริษัทในการก้าวไปสู่ #ความยั่งยืน

DHL Express has reinforced its commitment to protecting the environment and reducing carbon emissions by partnering with the Royal Forest Department to plant 5,380 trees on an area of 41,600 sq.m. in Dong Phaya Yen National Reserve Forest, Nakhon Ratchasima Province, Thailand on its Global Volunteer Day (GVD).

This is aligned with Deutsche Post DHL Group (DPDHL)’s target of planting one million trees annually until 2025. Since the start of this program, the Group has planted over five million trees globally by the end of 2021.

In Thailand, over 13,880 trees have been planted so far by DHL Thailand employees – equal to the reduction of 167 tons of carbon emissions per year – reflecting the company’s commitment to sustainability.
