The IEC insists that there is nothing untoward about approaching the constitutional court to appeal an order which cleared the path for former president Jacob Zuma to be deployed to parliament by the MK party though they have not seen the full judgment yet giving reasons for the electoral court's order. So is the commission jumping the gun or is this an important move for constitutional clarity on the matter? THE IEC's CEO Sy Mamabolo joins us.

Also on the show is the electoral court delaying the full judgment when they know how urgent this matter is? We have seen other delays in the delivery of judgments in other matters. So what's going on? The Gauteng Judge President Dustan Mlambo joins us for that chat.

And then later-what is SARS doing to hold accountable wealthy individuals who are underestimating their own provisional taxes? There is a lot of dishonesty out there? How closely are they monitoring NGOs and trusts, some are used as vehicles for money laundering. The SARS commissioner Edward Kieswetter joins us.

That's Face The Nation tonight.
