Traditional short-read RNA-sequencing can result in ‘sparse and biased coverage of splice junctions’ in single-cell RNA-seq data. In this presentation, Mariela Cortés López presents a novel approach to this issue. GoT-Splice integrates genotyping of single-cell transcriptomes (GoT) using nanopore long-read single-cell transcriptome profiling, with CITE-seq and other molecular profiling tools.
