General Muhoozi Kainerugaba has received Instruments of Power from outgoing CDF General Wilson Mbadi to execute his role as the newly appointed CDF.
The Hand over took place in Gulu 4Division Headquarters. It was presided over by the Special Presidential Advisor on Defense and Security and also Chief Coordinator of Operation Wealth Creation (OWC) Gen Caleb Akandwanabo, commonly known as Salim Saleh.
