Getting to Hill 582 by car is possible if you don't mind a short hike, a forestry commission dirt track, 3N48 Parker Ranch Road off the southbound 138 highway. This is mostly flat with slight grades, little rutting & no boulders. Best off leaving the car where shown in the video, then hike up to summit of 582 along the dirt track.
