We love the GR Corolla: 300 hp in a small space, yet it is relatively comfortable and surprisingly tractable in non-exuberant driving. It's a serious competitor to other hot hatches that have been around a lot longer. Our review car is a 2023 Core trim, but the line is little changed for MY 2024.
