In just a year, Jayne Mansfield and her boyfriend Samuel S. Brody survived seven car crash. The eighth was their last.

June 29, 1967, in the morning, Jayne Mansfield was driving to New Orleans for a television appearance.

In addition to Mansfield, the driver and her boyfriend Brody, her three children slept in the back seat of the car.

At 2 a.m. they encountered a thick anti-mosquito aerosol fog flying across the road. Turning from a dark turn on the highway, the car crashed into the semi-trailer of a truck moving slowly in the same direction. All three in the front seat died, the children miraculously survived.
